9. NO WARRANTY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "AS IS"
   and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or
   implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
   purpose and non-infringement.

   Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer
   guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or
   any other law, that can't lawfully be excluded. Where liability for a
   breach of such a guarantee can be limited, KIMLABS DEVELOPMENT's liability
   is limited, at its option, to supplying the Software again or refunding
   the price you paid.
